Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the manis33 platform, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document ("Agreement"). This Agreement is in effect between you ("User") and manis33 ("Platform") and covers all services, games, promotions, and functions provided through this website.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required not to proceed with registration or use of the platform. Continued use of the manis33 platform after any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

User Eligibility

To register and use manis33 services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not declared as a person of unsound mind or under legal guardianship.
• Acting on their own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• Not included on any self-exclusion list submitted to manis33 or any relevant responsible gambling body.

manis33 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify user eligibility. Accepted documents include an identity card (MyKad), passport or other official documents issued by the relevant authorities. Accounts that fail to meet identity verification requirements may be suspended until the review process is complete.

Registration and Account

Each user is permitted to open one (1) account only on the manis33 platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. manis33 uses various technical methods to detect and prevent duplicate registrations.

Users are fully responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and truthful information during registration.
• Keeping their account password confidential at all times.
• Reporting to manis33 if unauthorised access to their account is suspected.
• Ensuring no other party uses their account.

manis33 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining the security of their account information. Any activity that occurs within an account will be considered the action of the account owner unless reported in writing to the support team within a reasonable period.

Deposits and Withdrawals

manis33 supports the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All financial transactions must be made using an account in the name of the registered user. Use of third-party accounts for deposits or withdrawals is prohibited.

Financial terms in effect:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes once the request is approved.

manis33 reserves the right to conduct a compliance check before approving withdrawals to ensure all activity is legitimate. Withdrawals may be delayed if additional identity verification or account activity review is required.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus offers available at manis33 are subject to the wagering requirements specified. Before claiming any bonus, users must read and understand the specific terms for each promotion.

Regarding the welcome bonus, the following terms apply:

• Welcome bonus of 150% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount received before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Example: Deposit RM100 — bonus RM150 — account balance RM250 — wagering requirement RM150 × 10 = RM1,500.
• Example: Deposit RM2,200 — bonus RM1,500 — account balance RM3,700 — wagering requirement RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

manis33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related funds if there is evidence of promotion abuse, including intentional low-risk wagering to meet wagering requirements without exposing capital to reasonable risk. manis33's decisions regarding bonus claims are final.

User Conduct

All manis33 users are required to act fairly and responsibly at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action including account closure and forfeiture of account balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform.
• Any form of collusion, cheating, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Attempts to exploit technical errors or bugs in the platform software.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Use of stolen or unauthorised credit cards or financial instruments to make deposits.
• Any action that disrupts platform operations or the experience of other users.

manis33 cooperates with the relevant authorities and reserves the right to report any activity suspected of violating the law to the responsible parties.

Account Suspension and Closure

manis33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The user has violated any terms in this document.
• Information provided during registration is false or misleading.
• There is fraudulent activity or financial misconduct associated with the account.
• The user has violated the responsible gambling rules they agreed to.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the manis33 support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within the set timeframe and users are encouraged to read the Responsible Gambling page for further information.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, manis33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of money from gaming activities.
• Service interruptions due to system maintenance or technical issues beyond manis33's control.
• Any financial decisions made based on information found on the platform.

manis33 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors or interruptions. The platform strives to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times.

Privacy and Personal Data

The collection, processing, and storage of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with manis33's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, users give their consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of platform operations, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

manis33 will not sell or disclose users' personal data to third parties unless required to do so by law or by an authority with valid jurisdiction. Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to record-keeping requirements set by law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
